Tips on New Technology from the Geek Squad

Thinking about
buying an eReader? Confused about new technology? Learn
about the latest mobile devices with the help of the Geek
Squad in an interactive presentation of the new
technological devices, their connectivity (WiFi or 3G), and
how functional these products can be. After the
presentation, participants will be able to try out the
devices brought by the Geek Squad. Participants are
encouraged to bring their own devices and to ask questions.

Academy
Award Contest: And the Winner Is…
Until February

Predict the
winners of the 84th Academy Awards and win a DVD of the 2012
nominated “Best Film”. Palos Park Library cardholders may
pick up an entry form at the Front Desk. SAVE THE DATE for a
special program “Music from the Movies” with pianist Eugune
Kwok on Tuesday, February 21st at 7:00 pm. Winners will be
announced February 27th, 2012.
